We collect information you provide directly, including account details, messages you send to your AI companions, and data retrieved from services you connect, such as Spotify or Apple Music.
We also automatically collect usage data, device information, cookies, analytics, and derived insights used to improve your experience.
We use your information to provide and improve Izzy, personalize your experience, analyze usage, enhance AI performance, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
By signing up, you agree that Crtd Labs may contact you via text (SMS/MMS) and email for account-related updates and marketing. Message rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
We share information with service providers, when required by law, with your consent, or in a business transfer. We also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics.
We retain data as long as necessary to operate the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@crtdlabs.com
