You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using Izzy, you grant Crtd Labs a license to use, host, modify, and process your content to operate and improve the service, including AI model training.
When you connect services like Spotify or Apple Music, you authorize us to access data from those services as permitted by their APIs and your consent.
By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive emails and text messages from Crtd Labs. You may opt out at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the platform.
Izzy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crtd Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Izzy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
